Once again, sorry for the delay in our blog posts! To be honest, we’ve been quite busy dedicating 100% of our attention to every email, project and order that we receive, so I hope you understand.
We have been working around the clock to build positive, mutually beneficial relationships since we opened our doors and it has been no different recently. As our client base expands, we have continued to grow and expand all areas of our business at a pace that is healthy for our business and for our partners and clients. We’ve continued to partner with voice and data service providers across the U.S., this gives us and our customers peace of mind knowing they will pay the best rates possible for their telecommunications services, regardless of where their business is located.
Healthcare continues to be our most penetrated market in 2018. Managing 200+ skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across several states, we work non-stop to improve network performance, upgrade phone systems and support our clients with their voice and data and phone system needs daily. Recently, we’ve been fortunate to establish new relationships in retail, grocery and hospitality (hotels).
We have direct connections to sales and repair teams with all the major providers, so no matter what or where the issue is, we can act on it quickly and effectively for our customers. As a one stop shop for new orders, upgrades and support, our customers can stay focused on their core duties while we stay focused on ours. Win win relationships are what we expect every single time and we have done an exceptional job keeping that at the forefront of every conversation, every interaction and every business decision we make.
